Then we have our competitive edge, yes you can race using the Watt bike software, so whether its a 20K TT or 1K Sprint you can race up to 14 People in one session all on the big screen and Plasma TV.

Now although this elite crop will have different goals to you or me, and train very differently, the Watt Bike still offers many benefits to the larger fitness population as a whole...
We can create cardio class that target either endurance or interval work for match related fitness. We can also create a plan to run over a weekly or monthly period that match your fitness level and goals.
We also have the software to test for certain fitness levels. including 6 second power test, Power per kilo, Maximum Minute Power and Functional Threshed Power. These may not be possible to do via a private hire but can be booked separately.
This type of environment with the ability to show all participates Power outputs and cadence on large screens gives you the ability to make sure all participants are working to you desired level.

For a 90 minute slot which includes an instructor, all the software needed to run your class, access to the showers and cafe is £75. With a discounted amount of £60 if booked Pre 5pm during the week or after 10am on a weekend.
